Three Cedars Waldorf School's Board of Trustees is committed to using the principles of Policy Governance developed by John Carver. Through a set of Board policies, the Board defines the strategic direction of the school and entrusts the implementation of the strategic plan to the Executive Director, who is responsible for all aspects of school operations. Through the school's organizational structure, aligned with Waldorf Educational fundamental principles, the Executive Director engages the teaching faculty, office staff members, and parents in the implementation of the strategic plan.
