Seraphina was born in Los Angeles, CA, and was raised in Northern California outside of the Bay Area. While attending High School in Fair Oaks, CA, she became interested in Rudolf Steiner’s teachings. Seraphina moved to Humboldt County, CA, where she completed apprenticeships in Medicinal Herbal studies. Following completion of apprenticeships, she moved to Boulder, CO, where she attended the Rocky Mountain College of Botanical Studies, receiving certification as a Medicinal Herbalist. Seraphina moved to the Puget Sound area in 1999 and quickly sought out a Waldorf Parent-Tot group to attend with her daughter, which eventually led her to her current position within TCWS. Seraphina’s interests include watercolor, oil and acrylic painting, wild crafting, preparing herbal concoctions, and exploring in the woods.
