How to Apply for Admission

Application

Once we review your completed application forms -available on the right - accompanied by the non-refundable $75 application fee, we will contact you within two business days to set up an interview. Deadline for new student applications is January 12, 2012 at 4:00 pm. Applications received after the deadline will be considered on a space-available basis. For siblings of current students, please call our Admissions Office for deadlines and process information.

Interview

Meeting with prospective students and their parent or guardian helps us to determine the appropriate placement of your student in our school. During the interview, we give you an in-depth overview of our approach and an opportunity to discuss your questions about Waldorf Education.  In addition, we’ll schedule a classroom visit, during which you and your student will have a chance to see our facilities and get a better sense of our programs.

Acceptance

For the 2012-13 school year, admission decisions will be mailed by March 15, 2012. Upon receipt of your acceptance letter, return the commitment form, $400 (which includes $250 tuition deposit and $150 Tuition Protection fee) by March 26, 2012. Our Admissions Director will then schedule an appointment with you to sign your tuition agreement, make payment arrangements, and fill out medical and authorization forms.

Tuition Agreement

This is the final step in our admission process. Once you’ve signed your tuition agreement and authorizations, and paid the $400 deposit (which includes $150 Tuition Protection fee), your child is ready to join his or her class. The tuition agreement must be signed and payment received prior to the first day of class. Your child’s teacher will contact you to gather more information about your child before school begins.
