Tuition
Annually, except Parent & Tot classes, which are paid by the session. Our tuition is all inclusive. All fees are included in the published tuition amounts.

Parent & Tot Class
$300 (generally ten-week session)

Preschool
$5,260   two days per week
$7,890   three days per week

Kindergarten
$13,150   five days per week

Grade School
$ 17,600  

Tuition Payment Schedule

Annually
Due on June 1 - Payable by check or money order.

Twelve-Month Basis
June through May, payable on the 1st or 15th of each month. TCWS uses the services of Smart Tuition smarttuition.com.

Musical Instruments
We provide flutes for first graders and recorders for third graders through the annual tuition. Rentals or purchases of musical instruments for grades four through eight are the parents’ responsibility.

New Student Application Fee
A $75 non-refundable application fee is due with your new student admission application.

Tuition Deposit
There is an annual non-refundable tuition deposit of $250 for new and returning students. The tuition deposit is deducted from your tuition payments.

Tuition Protection Fee
A non-refundable Tuition Protection Fee of $150 is required for each returning student at the time of recommitment in February. This fee is included in the tuition amounts above and secures our Open Withdrawal policy: 'Withdrawals are not subject to any penalties. Smart Tuition payments will be discontinued beginning on the month following the date of the receipt of your written withdrawal request. All tuition and fees paid prior to your withdrawal will be forfeited.'
